 ΣΠ- Sigma Pi

  • Full Suspension effective immediately until June 15, 2019. Social Probation through Spring 2020. Terms of Suspension, organization may only host: chapter meetings (one per week), meetings for educational purposes (e.g. workshops, discussions, guest speakers), two philanthropic events, one during Winter 2019 and another in Spring 2019 quarter(s). Violation of Registered Student Organization Code of Conduct, Violation of health and safety, Violation of alcohol use, Violations of law, Violation of hazing & conspiracy to haze ​​​​​
  • Additional educational requirements

 ΛXA - Lambda Chi Alpha

  • Social Probation effective immediately until June 15, 2019. Social probation does not restrict a chapter from participating in Intramural Sports, recruitment activities, philanthropic events, or alumni related events that do not have alcohol present. Violation of Registered Student Organization Code of Conduct, falsifying information to a University Official, violation of alcohol policy, violation of Party Registration Procedures, falsifying information to a University Official, aiding and abetting, disruption or interference with an orderly process of a disciplinary matter

      KΣ - Kappa Sigma

    • Full suspension effective immediately until June 15, 2019. Social Probation through Spring 2020. Terms of Suspension, organization may only host chapter meetings (one per week), meetings for educational purposes (e.g. workshops, discussions, guest speakers), one philanthropic event during Winter 2019 and Spring 2019 quarters.Violation of Alcohol, Violation of Hazing & Conspiracy to Haze, Violation of Health & Safety, Violation of University Policy, Violation of Law.

    ZBT - Zeta Beta Tau

    • Probation effective immediately until the end of the Fall 19 quarter. During the probationary period, your club/organization is expected to demonstrate exemplary compliance with University policies. This includes the successful and timely completion of any additional sanction(s) that the club/organization may be required to complete. Violation of Alcohol, Falsifying Information to a University Official, Violation of Health & Safety, and Violation of RSOCC.

    • Probation effective immediately until the end of the Winter 2020 quarter. During the probationary period, your club/organization is expected to demonstrate exemplary compliance with University policies.     • Additional educational requirements

    ΛΦE - Lambda Phi Epsilon

    • Recognition revoked for a minimum of 2 academic years - effective immediately. The soonest that the organization will be eligible to return to the Cal Poly campus community will be Fall Quarter 2020.  The process of re-colonization of the organization may occur starting July 1, 2020 and the organization must follow the guidelines set forth by the Fraternity & Sorority Life office. Violation of Registered Student Organization Code of Conduct, Violation of health and safety, Violation of alcohol use, Violations of law, Violation of hazing & conspiracy to haze ​​​​​​

    TKE - Tau Kappa Epsilon

    • Recognition revoked for a period of two years. Simultaneously, the University requests recognition from Tau Kappa Epsilon national headquarters also be revoked and chapter operations cease immediately for the duration of the disaffiliation period. The organization will be eligible to apply to Cal Poly and the Interfraternity Council (IFC) for recolonization to the campus community for Winter Quarter 2021. Violation of Alcohol, Violation of Health and Safety, Disorderly Behavior, Violation of Policies, Violations of Laws, Hazing and Conspiracy to Haze. 

     

    Open Investigations

      ΦKΨ - Phi Kappa Psi

      • Effective April 23, 2019 until the investigation is over, the chapter should suspend all activities in which alcohol may be present. Temporary social probation does not restrict a chapter from participating in Intramural Sports, recruitment activities, philanthropic events, or alumni related events that do not have alcohol present. Alleged violation of laws, university policy, alcohol, hazing, conspiracy to haze, and endangerment
