#AFLVWest including The National Cultural Greek Leadership Conference is the oldest of the regional conferences and has met regularly since its establishment in 1948.

The Leadership Conference offers nationally-recognized and highly sought after keynote speakers, professional and very popular nationally known featured speakers, over 100 educational sessions, an awards & assessment program, pre-conference workshops, targeted institutes, and an opportunity to network with fellow fraternity/sorority leaders.

Each year, the conference is held in conjunction with the National Cultural Greek Leadership Conference. Specifically geared to provide a forum for multicultural fraternity/sorority members to network and dialogue on topics that impact them, this national event is sure to educate, develop, and unify the members of campus fraternity/sorority communities. Cal Poly Fraternity & Sorority Life sends all council officers every year to attend the conference, learn great things to bring back to the Cal Poly community and enjoy some bonding with other council officers. For the past 4 years, including this year, IFC, USFC and PHA and all won awards during the conference.
